Mike Cullumber

Mike Cullumber has been a dedicated member of USA Archery since 2010 and served on the USA Archery Board for eight years, contributing significantly to the sport’s governance.
As a Level 4NTS Coach, he has been instrumental in developing athletes and advancing archery education. He is the founder and head coach of the Paseo Vista Archery Club, which has thrived for 15 years under his leadership, becoming a cornerstone of the local archery community.
In addition to his coaching accomplishments, Mike is a retired International Judge with World Archery, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to every aspect of the sport.
Robert (Bob) Pian

Foundation Secretary/Treasurer, is a retired Architect & firm partner and has served on the foundation board for several terms. Pian brings decades of varied USA Archery programs and events experience including: Youth archer parent, local archery club leading and coach; state and USA Archery boards and committees duty; continental and World Archery efforts include tournament directing, committees membership; as well as archery tournament judging including at three Olympic-Paralympic Games. Bob enjoys helping people connect and giving back to the sport of Archery.
Nobuhisa Ishizuka

Nobuhisa Ishizuka currently serves as Executive Director of the Center for Japanese Legal Studies at Columbia Law School, where he also teaches comparative law. He is a former Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he managed the Tokyo office and advised on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
Mr. Ishizuka is Chair Emeritus of the United States Rowing Association and serves as a Trustee of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation and as a member of the Board of the National Rowing Foundation. He currently serves as an Independent Director of USA Archery. He was a member of the United States team at the Fifth World Kendo Championships in 1982.
Mr. Ishizuka is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of Columbia Law Review. He is a member of the Board of Visitors at Columbia Law School, the Board of Visitors of Columbia College, and the Board of Directors of the Japanese American Association of New York.
Peggy Poore

Peggy has served as President of the USA Archery Foundation since 2023, and is a lifelong lover of sports. While attending college at Radford University, she was an integral member of the women’s soccer team. She culminated her soccer career in 1985 as an Academic All-American and was later inducted in the Radford University Sports Hall of Fame.
After graduating from college, Peggy became the fifth generation of her family to serve a career in the Armed Forces. Her 30-year career in the Air Force saw her serve in various human resources and leadership positions. Peggy’s assignments took her across the country, and three times overseas (Portugal, Germany and Afghanistan). She commanded six different organizations in her career, at the squadron, group, wing and Numbered Air Force levels. Peggy served three times in the Pentagon, including a tour as the Senior Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force. In her final assignment, she was the Commander of the Air Force Personnel Center in San Antonio TX and remains the longest serving Commander in the Center’s history (4 years). Peggy retired from the Air Force in 2017 in the rank of Major General.
Following her Air Force career, Peggy served for two years as the Executive Vice President, Partners for Community Change at the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. Peggy has served on the Board of the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio and the Military-Civilian Club of San Antonio.
She is now an independent human resources and organizational transformation consultant with The Roosevelt Group.
William T Nolan

In 2017, William T. Nolan started Infra-Bk, LLC, the “bank in development”, whose purpose is to establish the Federal Infrastructure Bank, Inc. (FIB) as a trillion-dollar wholesale bank to finance US infrastructure.
In 1989, Mr. Nolan founded Devonshire Holdings, Inc., to assist companies with financial advisory services, including restructurings, turnarounds, buyouts and corporate finance throughout the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia. He has served as a Director, Chairman, CEO and CFO of numerous operating companies as part of a turnaround and restructuring process.
He is currently Warden of St. Peter’s Church Lithgow, NY, and has served on the Vestry for 12 years is a Lay Preacher and Eucharistic Minister. He was elected as a Town
Councilman in the Town of Unionvale, NY, where he still resides. Mr. Nolan holds a BA from Tulane University in Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School in Finance.
Jack Williams

Jack Williams serves as the athlete representative to the USA Archery Foundation board of directors.
Jack has earned three World Championship medals, and proudly represented Team USA at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Jack's many accomplishments include a gold medal performance at the 2021 Hyundai World Archery World Cup Final, as well as two team medals at the Pan American Games, including gold in 2023 and five medals at the Pan American Championships.
